On the reverse side, there are conditions for winning, which is calculated for one 100-ruble bond, the total amount of the winning is taken at the rate of 2% per year for every 100 rubles. Bonds with a par value of less than 100 rubles are considered parts, and more than 100 - several bonds. The size of the win is divided or multiplied accordingly. At least one win for 25% of the whole bonds was guaranteed, the rest had to be paid off at face value starting from November 1, 1960 within 15 years (1960-1965 - 1.25 million rubles each, 1966-1970 - 3 million rubles each , 1971-1975 - 10.5 million rubles per year for every 100 million rubles of the loan). The numbers of bonds to be redeemed were drawn by lot, just like the prizes themselves. Rooms that were not on the list were supposed to be redeemed from November 1, 1975. The redemption of the winning bonds was completed on November 1, 1976, after which they expired.
