On the front side there is the Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theater of the Republic of Belarus with the caption "НАЦЫЯНАЛЬНЫ АКАДЭМІЧНЫ ВЯЛІКІ ТЭАТР ОПЕРЫ І БАЛЕТА РЭСПУБЛІКІ БЕЛАРУСЬ". To the left and to the right of the image, there are graphic signs of protection. In the upper part of the field of the banknote there is an ornamental stripe, in which there is an inscription “БІЛЕТ НАЦЫЯНАЛЬНАГА БАНКА РЭСПУБЛІКІ БЕЛАРУСЬ”, and at the bottom there is a protective microtext from the repeating abbreviation НБРБ, in the upper right part of the banknote against the background of the ornamental stripe there is a large abbreviation НБРБ. The denomination is indicated by numbers on the left side of the banknote, inside the vignette on the top right of the central image, and by the words “СТО РУБЛЁЎ” under the image of the museum. In the lower part there is a patterned border, to which the microtext of repeating numbers "100" adjoins from above, in the lower right corner of the banknote, inside the vignette, the designation of the year "2000" is placed.
On the reverse side there is a scene from the ballet “The Chosen One” by E. Glebov with the caption: “Ya. A. Glebak "Vybrannitsa" (paems by Y. Kupala) ". On the sides of this image are graphic security elements. The location of the protective microtexts on this side is the same as on the front side. In the upper part, the denomination is indicated by the words “СТО РУБЛЁЎ”, under the central image there is a large number “100” denoting the denomination. The banknote series and number are located at the top right and bottom left of the banknote field.
