The main part was converted into bonds of 1992, and then in 1998 with a reduction in par by a thousand times. 50-ruble bonds were considered whole, 25-ruble - halves, and 100-ruble - double. No other denominations were issued. They were sold by savings banks. Guaranteed to win 32 percent of the bonds, the rest had to be redeemed at cost.
