They were issued in January 1982 and in July 1986 with a changed text on the reverse side due to the appearance of a new denomination of 100 rubles. Deposits were accepted for a period of 20 years and had to be repaid from January 1, 2002, but due to the collapse of the USSR, this happened only partially. The main part was converted into bonds of 1992, and then in 1998 with a reduction in par by a thousand times. 50-ruble bonds were considered whole, 25-ruble - halves, and 100-ruble - double. No other denominations were issued. They were sold by savings banks. Guaranteed to win 32 percent of the bonds, the rest had to be redeemed at cost. The largest winnings also included an extraordinary purchase of a car (10,000 - "Volga", 5,000 - "Zhiguli" or a class similar to it).
