The banknote was put into circulation on January 10, 1992, withdrawn on October 1, 1994 due to negligible purchasing power.
On the obverse on the left is a part of the sculpture to the founders of Kiev (sister Lybed, standing on the bow of the ship), on the right is the denomination, year, and the name of the bank.
On the reverse side there is a panorama of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra and St. Sophia Cathedral, on the right there is a large patterned rosette, at the corners of the rosette with a denomination.
