If they want us tosend it back to them, they will need to pay for both freight charges: Shippingto an undeliverable address and Shipping it back to them at the right address.These payments will be deducted from the refund if the buyer chooses a refundinstead.

Return & Replacement Policy
RucciHousewill accept returns for items within the 30 day period. The item may bereplaced for the same item, store credit can be obtained, or a refund will beissued.
Wecannot control defects but in case of any, we will take all efforts to resolvethe issue in a timely manner. Please e-mail us to notify us of adamaged/defective item and request return instructions. Please have your OrderNumber ready.
Pleaseinclude a copy of your invoice, and order number with a brief  explanation for the return
Wemust be informed if the item is defective within 7 days upon delivery.
Ifa refund is requested, we will issue it within 1-3 business days once wereceive the item(s) in question. Please allow your bank/credit card company5-10 days to process the funds back to your account.No refunds will be issuedfor returns without the original packaging, manuals and accessories.
RucciHouseaccepts no responsibility for loss or damage items in return transit. Exceptions To Our Standard 30 Day Return Policy
Wecannot accept any returns that have physical/internal damage to the item. Theitem must have all manufacturer product or manufacturer accessories/parts.
Theserial number on the unit must match the serial number on the box, warrantycard, and the serial number from our own unique ID internal system. If they donot match, we will not accept your return and is Disposed.
Anyorder received after our 30 day return period will be automatically DISPOSED.No refund or Replacement will be provided.
RucciHousehas the right to cancel/refuse any order due to a typographical error. Weare not responsible for any price/or product typographical errors.
ALLRETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. There are no exceptions.

DamagedItem claims must be made within 7 days of delivery or the claim will be voided.
